Content includes more than 170 active full-text music journals from over 30 countries. In addition to full-text journals, it includes reviews of performances as well as reviews of sound recordings and videos. Access to the database is free of charge within the Library from 15th September up to 15th of December 2019.

Oxford Music Online

The gateway to Grove Music Online, with access to search The Oxford Dictionary of Music and The Oxford Companion to Music. Access to the database is free of charge within the Library or from distance for the friends of the Library.   

Naxos Music Library

Grants access to recordings of Naxos company and other record companies, as well. The user can search the database through keywords such as the name of a composer, the title etc and can choose to listen any track of the CD that he wants. Access to the database is free of charge within the Library or from distance for the friends of the Library.

JSTOR

JSTOR is a digital library founded in 1995. Originally containing digitized back issues of academic journals, it now also includes books and primary sources, and current issues of journals.[4] It provides full-text searches of almost 2,000 journals. Access to the database is free of charge within the Library or from distance for the friends of the Library.  

RILM

Répertoire International de Littérature Musicale (RILM), seeks to provide a comprehensive and accurate representation of musicology in all countries and languages, and across all disciplinary and cultural boundaries.  Access to the database is free of charge within the Library or from distance for the friends of the Library.  

International Journal of Music Education

The International Journal of Music Education (IJME) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the International Society for Music Education (ISME) four times a year. Manuscripts published are scholarly works, representing empirical research in a variety of modalities.

The International Music Score Library Project (IMSLP), also known as the Petrucci Music Library after publisher Ottaviano Petrucci, is a subscription-based project for the creation of a virtual library of public domain music scores, based on the wiki principle.

Provides a basis for beginning electronic research on a wide variety of topics in music, including historical musicology, ethnomusicology, music theory, composition, and performance practice.

Library Information Science & Technology Abstracts

Indexes more than 560 core journals, nearly 50 priority journals, and 125 selective journals; plus books, research reports and proceedings, as far as the mid-1960s. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more.
